A few months ago, I stumbled upon a name that I now consider life-changing: David Goggins; a Navy SEAL turned ultramarathon runner, motivational speaker, and pull-up world record holder.

When I saw David Goggins on the Tom Bilyeu’s Podcast a few months ago, I couldn’t stop watching and listening to him speak.

Later, I picked up his book, — Can’t Hurt Me — from my local library.

Goggins grabbed me by the collar, shook me like a snow globe, and yelled, “What the hell are you doing with your life?” And the worst part…. He is, he was and probably always be absolutely right.

Who is David Goggins?

David Goggins is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL, ultramarathon runner, endurance athlete, motivational speaker, and author known for his remarkable mental toughness, discipline, and resilience.

Born on February 17, 1975, in Buffalo, New York, Goggins had a difficult childhood marked by poverty, an abusive father, and racism. These early experiences shaped his intense drive and grit.
